Clothing advice:
Because we spend a lot of time outdoors and working with animals, your clothes may get dirty. So, wear clothes that you don't mind getting dirty and are safe, without frills.
Also wear sturdy shoes that extend above the ankle and take gloves.
Our horse coaching sessions take place in a calm, natural, and safe environment where you and I work together. During the session, we'll talk, observe the horse's behavior, and you'll experience how this reflects your own communication and emotions.
You'll actively collaborate with the horse and me, gaining insight into your patterns and reactions. The sessions are personalized and offer opportunities for growth, self-reflection, and developing new skills.
I coach with my horses, Hiba, Charlotte, and Allure E. Together, we determine what and who is needed to address the request for help. Usually, three sessions are sufficient, and sometimes just one! It's impossible to say exactly how long a session lasts; sometimes it's 45 minutes, sometimes 60 minutes, and sometimes longer. I don't watch the clock and work intuitively.
Horse coaching is done alongside the horse, not on it. We engage in conversation, walk with the horse, perform exercises with the horse, work with the horse on a loose leash, and so on.

Introductory session
- Duration: approximately 45 minutes
- Objective: To get to know you, the horses, and the terrain. Discuss your needs and expectations.
- Price: €65
Basic Course – Rest & Recovery
- For whom: Adults with stress, burn-out complaints or in need of a breather.
- Contents:
- 3 sessions of approximately 60 minutes
- Focus on relaxation, insight into patterns and energy recovery
- Price: €250 (savings compared to individual sessions)
Child & Horse – Self-Confidence and Emotions
- For whom: Children who have difficulties with self-image, emotions or social skills.
- Contents:
- 6 sessions of approximately 45 minutes
- Working playfully with horses, exercises for self-confidence and communication
- Price: €400
Family coaching – Stronger together
- For whom: Families with a different language background who could use some support or families who are experiencing communication difficulties.
- Contents:
- 5 sessions of approximately 60 minutes
- Improving collaboration, connection and understanding
- Price: €450
Intensive Program – Identity & Personal Growth
- For whom: People who struggle with questions like Who am I? or are stuck in their lives.
- Contents:
- 5 sessions of approximately 60 minutes
- In-depth reflection, working on self-image and direction

Deductible
Entering our grounds and participating in activities, including horse coaching, is entirely at your own risk. We take all reasonable measures to ensure safety, but cannot be held liable for:
- Personal injury
- Damage to property
- Accidents caused by failure to follow instructions
Responsibility of Participants
- Always follow the instructions of our coaches and supervisors.
- Wear appropriate clothing and sturdy footwear.
- Keep children under adult supervision.
- Please report any health problems, allergies or restrictions in advance.
- Respect animal welfare and treat horses with care.
Liability
We are not liable for any damage or injury, unless there is intent or gross negligence on our part. By participating, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Cancellation and Payment
- Cancellation of appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- In case of late cancellation, charges may apply.
- Please pay at least 24 hours in advance.
